By signing up and actively using the Destined to Click program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Destined to Click may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any, and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with Destined to Click. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Destined to Click program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

We reserve the right to refuse and/or delete ANY account we feel necessary. We do NOT take deletion of accounts lightly. We will NOT tolerate cheating of ANY kind nor will we tolerate vulgar language, threatening, abusive or harrasing emails or abusive, threatening or harassing posts at public forums. If you see fit to send us nasty emails or cheat - your account will be deleted and you will be banned from this site permanently. The use of Click Software is considered a violation of these terms and will result in the member forfeiting their account and all earnings and referrals. The use of click software will be considered fraudulent activity. Any member advertising for another member that has been deleted for any reason will also forfeit their account ,earnings and referrals and be deleted.

Responsibility of Members:

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to most honest US, and English Speaking and Reading International members, and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

Anyone joining must read and understand English.

You agree to and "MUST" use your own "Full" name and e-mail address in the sign up process, and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer or ISP must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Destined to Click account.

ANYONE FOUND TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT ORIGINATING FROM THE SAME COMPUTER and/or ISP WILL HAVE ALL ACCOUNTS DELETED, OR BE BANNED FROM Destined to Click PERMANENTLY AND FORFEIT ALL UNPAID EARNINGS!

You will use your username/password combination to access your account. It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change your password as often as you like by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.

You are solely responsible for any, and all use of your Destined to Click account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Destined to Click be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

Any member who continually harrasses the admin by emails or public forums, will be deleted and not paid. This is not to say you can not engage in public discussions, but harassement or thrashing and bashing of the admin or the site will not be tolerated in any case.

You may not reprint any emails or communications between yourself and the site or the admin, without permission.

Zero tolerance for "cheaters," your accounts will be deleted and earnings forfeited.

Once in awhile an ad may be sent for the wrong amount. If an error is made in the value of the ad in such a way that it exceeds the normal value - we would appreciate members notifying us on the validity of the value. The ad will be rolled back and the amounts deducted from your account. Then a new advertisement will be issued with the correct amount. If a member clicks on the ad and requests a payout, their account may be subject to deletion, and funds forfeited.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Destined to Click. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Destined to Click limited to no more than (100) per day.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed, or blocked to messages from Destined to Click, your account will be terminated immediately. Emails that are returned because your account is full or server error will be noted and after a week of bouncing emails, your account will be terminated. Any member sending us spam, threatening, insulting or gibberish emails will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings to date of termination. Auto responses will also be deleted immediately.

When asked to reply to messages sent in an admin message and you either choose to ignore to answer said admin or not reply to admin message, your account will be suspended for 5 days and if no response after that date the account will be terminated and all downlines and earnings lost.
If an admin message is sent to the entire membership and you choose a wrong answer, such as Delete Me or I could care less, or choose multiple answers (unless multiple answers are indicated) your account will be deleted and not reinstated. This is considered failing a reading test.

You "must" reveal your full physical mailing address when signing up. This is for your protection and is used to verify important information, should your account come into question. Any accounts with bogus, false, abbreviated, or incomplete personal or payment information will be terminated and all unpaid earnings will be forfeited.

If your IP address and your country do not match, your account will be terminated and all unpaid earnings will be forfeited. We DO verify every account!! Use of "SQUID" is prohibited. If your IP registers as "SQUID" your account may be deleted. Proxies are not allowed for anyone searching. AOL users are considered proxy users and may not search. No exceptions.

You must also have interests and payment information filled out correctly. Should any member select "I Cheat", "Cannot Read English", or "Blind Clicker" they will be terminated immediately and all unpaid earnings will be forfeited.

You MUST remain an active member! Clicking at least fifteen (15) links every Fourteen (14) days is a requirement of your membership. This means you MUST logon to Destined to Click at least once every 14 days and click links and read your mail. We suspend and/or remove inactive accounts on a daily basis. You will forfeit all earnings and referrals! Paid upgrading will not preclude you from being deleted for inactivity. However, paid upgraded members will not be considered inactive until 60 days. If you have not signed into your account within the last 60 days, we will assume you no longer wish to be a member here and purge your account, resulting in the loss of all downline members, earnings and benefits in that account at that time.

You may only set your account on vacation for a maximum of 30 days, unless you have contacted the webmaster PRIOR to setting vacation. Any accounts that have been set on vacation for more than 1 month will be subject to the rules of inactivity stated above and will be deleted if inactive. You must be active within 5 days of the vacation period ending. And you MUST remove the vactions dates from your account.

ANYONE FOUND CLICKING ONLY OR MOSTLY PAID TO CLICK ADS WILL EITHER BE DELETED OR NOT PAID. THIS IS A PAID TO READ SITE, NOT A PAID TO CLICK SITE! No accounts will be reinstated, no refunds will be given on upgraded memberships, and you will not receive your downline and/or earnings back if you are terminated due to inactivity.

Cheat Links/English Tests/Turing Numbers:

Cheat links and English tests will be sent out! These will be clearly labeled. If you click three (3) cheat links or fail three (3) English test, or click three (3) wrong turing numbers, or click three (3) cheat banners: your account will be deleted and you will forfeit all earnings. Our Advertisers pay us to send emails that are being read. We expect our members to read these emails carefully. There are NO second chances and accounts will NOT be reinstated.

The usage of any e-mail reading (cheat) software is strictly prohibited. A link will occasionally be sent out to detect if you are using cheat software. If you click this link, your account will be deleted and you will forfeit all earnings.

If your account is deleted for cheating, do NOT re-join. Your new account will be deleted.

We are an honest and paying site and will NOT tolerate cheating. Nor will we tolerate threats by former members who have been deleted for cheating. We NEVER delete ANY member for no reason.

Searches

Only members from certain countries are allowed to participate in search emails. The countries allowed by "most" Search Engines are: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

NOTE: All persons from countries, other than the ones listed above who select "Searches" as a category of interest or found to be participating in "Searches" will have their account terminated!!

Relationship of the Parties:

You and Destined to Click are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Destined to Click. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Destined to Click. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

Destined to Click will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Destined to Click program, even if Destined to Click has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Destined to Click aggregates liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. We do not endorse any advertisements and you are urged to join or become a part of advertised sites at your own discretion. Use your own good judgement and common sense when joining any program and you should be sure to read any and all terms of any site before you join.

Payments:

Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by Destined to Click. Your payment id must match the name on the account you with..ie..your name is John Doe, the pay to account must be in the name of John Doe. Any exceptions to this must be made known to DestinedToClick or your account will be terminated. For any reason should the payment ID be different, you must have prior approval from DestinedToClick management staff. Members in good standing will be paid via Paypal or Redemptions when their balance reaches $5.00 (less for upgraded members) or more.

YOU MUST MAIL VIA THE CONTACT PAGE TO REQUEST PAYOUTS!!

Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by DestinedToClick. DestinedToClick will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate ($5.00 for free members). Once the member has reached payout, they may request payment by mailing the admin via the contact page. Free members must have $2.00 (40%) in PERSONAL PAID TO READ EMAIL EARNINGS (no downline earnings, prizes, ptp, etc) in order to be paid. Upgraded members must have 40% in PERSONAL PAID TO READ EMAIL EARNINGS (no downline earnings, prizes, ptp, etc) in order to be paid. This requirement applies to EVERY payout request, NOT just the first. Payments will be made within 90 days or a reasonable time after. Please note just because you have requested payout, do not become inactive waiting to be paid. If you do not log in a click links you will be considered inactive and deleted.

After you request payout, your account will be verified, your earnings will be verified, and you will be placed in order of payouts requested.

You also meet all requirements for payouts.

Points are used for advertising only at this time.
NOTE: You may not request payout more than ONCE per Month
You must remain active while waiting on your payout and must be active in clicking and reading mails as per terms.

When a redemption for "cash" or "advertising" is requested, your account will automatically be debited at that time.

DO NOT HIT THE REQUEST MORE THAN ONCE! Members who request payout more than once will lose $1.00 from their account.

NOTE: You CANNOT share the same Payment ID as another member! Every member MUST use their own individual Payment ID.

Advertising

DestinedToClick does not accept advertising for Drug related, Tobacco products, Adult, Illegal, Gambling, MLM, Ponzi, get rich quick schemes, sites that promote or encourage racism or "hate", or non-English language sites. We reserve the right to refuse to advertise sites that are clearly unsustainable as shown by their site information as well as advertise sites with webmasters who have clearly used unethical business practices.

Any Member/Advertiser who purchases and/or redeems for an ad for any non-allowed advertisement - will forfeit the amount of redemption or payment. We do NOT issue refunds.

All links and banners sent must be working correctly and banner images must work correctly. If yur banner image does not work, the advertisement may be rejected or a generic banner used, in any case a refund will not be issued. A rejection notice may be sent at the managements discretion. This applies to submitted upgrade ads and redemptions as well as purchased advertising.

Spam:

You may NOT promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply WILL result in immediate termination of your membership with Destined to Click and may result in legal prosecution. DestinedToClick strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. DestinedToClick may charge up to $5.00 per spam email sent. Multiple sign ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. DestinedToClick will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
